Act 1019 (2015)
Creates the offense of unlawful use of a drone, including voyeurism and critical infrastructure interference.

- No using drones for voyeurism or surveillance without consent
- No flying over or near critical infrastructure
- No weaponizing drones
Penalties
Class A misdemeanor for first offense; Class D felony for repeat offenders
